Port Coquitlam: Why Move Here?

Love the outdoors? Port Coquitlam is known for its many parks, biking trails and recreation. PoCo Traboulay trail is one of the most popular bike rides in Metro Vancouver. It is a flat, scenic, 38 kilometre trail that travels along both the Pitt and Coquitlam Rivers. Being on the Port Coquitlam Softball beer league I get to enjoy playing at various parks across PoCo. Downtown Port Coquitlam is full of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops and is steps away from Lions & Gates park. If you work downtown, that's no problem because the Westcoast Express will get you there in 35 minutes. With a great transit system, and more affordable home prices, its no wonder PoCo is attracting so many young families and first time buyers.
